Payment Information

All of our payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All taxes are included in the purchase price. 

We accept most major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express.

Credit card payments are processed with 128 Bit SSL security. This ensures that your credit card details and private information is kept completely safe.

If you would prefer to place your order by phone feel free to call us on (08) 9271 3666 and provide us with the details of the item you would like, your shipping address and payment details.

All prices are correct at time of posting. All information is subject to change at any time without notice. For more details please contact us via phone, email or via post.


At this stage we only ship within Australia. Shipping is free with Parcel Post or $10 for Express Post. 

• Tracking or Receipt number provided with order conformation email.
• Allow 2 working days for delivery, plus additional time whilst we process your order.

If the item is out of stock we will show so on the webpage. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch goods within two business days we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges 

Elroy would like our customers to feel confident when purchasing online. If for any reason an item is not as you expected or if you have changed your mind, it can be returned (must be within 7 days) for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months), for the total value of the goods, not including shipping. Credit notes can be used online or in store. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Items will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if:
• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging and original labels intact.
• A copy of the receipt is included with the return
• The item is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase
• The item was purchased at full price. Exchanges or credit notes are not available for sale items.
Please notify us by email at info@elroy.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.

Please note postage is not refundable and postage for all returns will be at your own cost. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Elroy Clothing reserves the right to refuse items that do not comply with the above terms. We strongly advises you return your item via registered mail or by courier as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. 

All items are thoroughly checked before sending, however in the rare event that you should receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@elroy.com.au. If available, we will arrange for a replacement, and will refund your return shipping costs. If not available, we will arrange a full refund, including your return shipping costs.

Strictly no returns on sale items so please choose carefully.
